3RD game

Hi to every one.
My little guy is getting discouraged, as this is their 3RD game and they have not won yet. Please keep him in your prayers as he is very competitive. He is on the front line and next to the quarter back. This game he went to fast and coast the team to be penalized not once but three times. The kid on the other team keep on saying "hut hut hut" and while he was saying that he would twist the ball, making McKaden think that the ball was in play. He is discouraged but I know he has the drive and determination inside him he just has to bring it out. The team is playing better and that is what counts. I know nothing about football but I will have to learn the plays so I can help him. Thanks to all who made a donation He has a totoal of 24 and is short 36.
KEEP GOING MCKADEN YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB. I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH AND REMEMBER NO ONE DEFFINES YOU. YOU ARE ONE OF GODS CHILDREN AND YOU NEED TO REMEMBER THAT.

Home School

So as you can see the boys are at home being Home schooled.
Jeremy and I went in for an IEP (Individual Education Plan) meeting on September 12Th. McKaden has had this plan sense 1st grade. It has been nothing but a nightmare. When Mckaden was in the 2ND grade I decided to pull him and McKennen out to be Home schooled it was a nightmare Jeremy was mad and not happy with the way things were being done. (He did not understand how home school worked) He was also mad that I made that decision with out his full consent so the situation was not good. The thing that Jeremy was not seeing was the IEP meetings that I by myself was attending. (McKaden is not a hundred percent perfect no kid is.)
When we moved to Three Forks we thought he might receive a fair chance NOPE the stupid IEP followed and they went off that. Next thing we were forced to take our child to Shodair a mental hospital. Where for 13 days he ran a muck when I say forced I mean we were told if we did not take him they would call the cops or child protective services. Not knowing all our rights we took him. Latter we got a $23,000.00 bill Yes that is the correct amount they are saying we owe. Knowing it was not by choice to take our son there and we had no insurance they continued to tell us to not worry about the bill it would be taken care of. Jeremy and I refuse to pay and are fighting it. Well the house did not work and so back to Billings we came and the place we moved put us back at the school that caused this mess. I did not put the boys back in school until a month later. Then God blessed us by moving from that school district. We were so excited to be able to go to a new school yes the IEP would follow but they promised to give him a fresh start. Well the 1st week he had an aid that went with him every where she would not allow McKaden to use the bathroom if some one was in there and no one was to go in if he was in there. Then he had assigned seating in the lunch room. Well on the 12Th we told them that we no longer wanted the IEP (I stayed up late nights looking at all our rights see a couple of blogs back) I first started off with deducting hours (for every hour that is on an IEP the school gets extra funding did not know until I researched then I found out LOCKWOOD had him at about 30-35 they did not have to specify how many hours they were banking on my son and he was not getting that much special education. In fact the principle said no more we are ruining a bright kid.) So I took the counselors hours off (found a counselor out side of school a must do not allow them to counsel) then I removed another 2.5 Hours that were the same hours they already had but put in different terms. So we were left with 5hours Then Jeremy said there is no reason for my son to have this plan I want it removed. They began to tell us how our son would not be protected and would be treated as any other child. "WELL DUH THAT'S WHAT WE WANT" so back and forth Jer went with this Yahoo of a lady (mind you they were still blown away that I just cut their funding by taking hours away) she said we could get the behavior label removed. Then as we were ready to agree she looked at his IEP again and realized he was also labeled emotionally disturbed. She said because he is labeled ED then we have to go back 6 months and there would be several people breathing down his neck for the next 6 months. Jeremy said I HAVE HEARD ENOUGH YOU ARE NOT GIVING MY BOY A FAIR CHANCE AND YOU ARE DESTROYING HIM HE CAN GO TO FOOTBALL BE A TEAM LEADER, GO TO CHURCH BE A KID WHO PLAYS WITH EVERYONE, AND WE CAN TAKE HIM TO DAYCARE AND THERE IS NO PROBLEMS BUT WE SEND HIM TO SCHOOL AND THERE ARE ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS AT THIS POINT AND IN THE FUTURE MY SON WILL NOT BE ATTENDING PUBLIC SCHOOL AND IF THERE IS ANY OF THIS BUSINESS TOWARDS OUR OTHER SON HE WILL BE PULLED ALSO. Then they questioned if we McKaden's parents knew what we were doing. I told them I know more what I am doing for my son then what they are doing to him.
McKennen the next week went to school on Monday got hurt on Tuesday had to come home stayed home on Wednesday put up a fight on Thursday so we kept him home again he was not going to school, Friday he was so mad that his behaviors were nothing like we had ever seen. Jer went to pick him up from school and he had all his stuff told his teacher I don't like it here I am being home schooled. Jer and I prayed lots before the meeting and did a lot of talking at the meeting before the finale decision was made to home school Mckaden. Mckennen had made the decision himself. Technically I did not make the decision to home school Jer did. It has been a lot better with him making the decision then me. He is all for it. Am I scared yes because I don't want them to miss anything, but we can go as fast as they want or as slow the boys want to go fast. We can take them and get them tested every year or every other. It must be something with the schools here because more and more parents are pulling there kids out of schools to be home schooled. To confirm the funding for the hours Jer went in and talked with the principle he said "I know this school was closed down for funding reasons and that you get more funding for every kid you have on an IEP or labeled with special education" she said "Mr. Birr I can not Deni what you have said it is true." after she said that my husband was furious he felt like our kid and other kids were just dollars to the school.
Well that is the reason why we are homeschooling it was not a decision that we woke up one morning and made it was a decision that Jer sought wise counsel, lost sleep over, and prayed about. The finale decision home school. McKennen has not given us no more problems and went back to the nice boy he was. We latter was talking with some people and they said it was for the best to pull McKennen because to many times they have seen where one was pulled then the other became the target. Well that is whats happen over here at the Birr's

Home school

" I am almost done doing my work, but aren't I so cute"

Home school

McKaden is supposed to be taking his math test instead he found a truck.
"Math test not wanting to take"
" okay mom you caught me i am playing. I am sorry I will get back to work."
Consentrating so hard.
Yes!!!! I got the answers right!

Not to often seen

Sleeping with blow pop. He has 48 he earned by getting donations for Little guy football. WHY 48 As if kids don't have enough problems with teeth. Not to mention the 6 pack of mountain dew they gave. One prize I am happy with is a football mug that lights up. He is at 24 only 36 more donations until he meets his goal. He is trying. Ya way to go boys. Not to often seen that the boys would be doing the dishes BY HAND. Yes we do have a dishwasher, but my young fellows who are not use to the machine decided to put DISH SOAP in the machine because we were out of DISHWASHER SOAP. Not knowing the difference bubbles appeared on my floor. I not watching the fact they loaded the dishwasher wanted to cry as the dishes were the only thing left to clean in my house. Now i had the kitchen floor to clean again. So needless to say they had to do dishes by hand latter that night. They are not use to a dishwasher this is our first.
Not happy that I am going to share these with their girlfriends latter in life the laughs we will have.
I know it is dark sorry. But this was not a good day and my lovely husband was kicking it on the couch. Yes he does deserve to sit but this day was bad and I wanted him to help clean up the messes they all 3 made.

Being silly

Kids love big peoples clothes at least mine do. At the wrong time McKaden is not ready for his game. It is in 45 mins and McKennen would prefer to wear dads pants go figure. Wrong time and wrong clothes. COME ON KIDS LETS GO.

He is so sweet when he gets his way. No all the time but he does have his moments You see 4 boys the other one has become a part of our family he is a good kid and we treat him as if he is one of our own. He stays at our house and we ask him to go home and some times he will but most of the time he does not.

We were at the races and wanted to have some fun so with my short arms I held the camera and Mckennen pushed the button

He earned his name on his jersey

He had to sell magazines,cd's, and get donations. He has about 4 weeks left and he needs 42 more donations. His name has been entered 2x's in the drawing to go to Arizona for an NFL game. UP LATE

Okay so these are some pictures from Utah 1. My uncle Darryl he looks mean but he is not. 2.and 3. are of my cousin Stacie's daughter Ku'uipo holding Pepsi they no longer have the dog. 4. Is Stacie's son Kee'onu They are very cute and how time has gone by I remember us being that young it does not seem that long ago. Well see the boat in the last picture. That was Jeremy's boat. He got rid of it. That is a good thing.
So one day when he first got the boat we took it out and it would not go but it smoked up the docking area. I wanted to climb in a crack instead I hid behind the big tube. So that was time 1. Time 2 we left the docking area and he wanted to be pulled on the tube. So I push the throttle forward and we picked up speed, I brought the throttle back, because the bottom was going to fall in or out. When we hit the waves the bottom sounded as if it was going to break, so he would get mad at me yelling " go faster go" so I would go again and the boat was going to break OH YEAH BY THE WAY THIS BOAT WAS OLDER THEN DIRT IT WAS A 1961 AND I BELIEVE THE MOTOR WAS OLDER THEN THAT. So we would go and I would slow down he was getting mad and I was frustrated, so he took me back to shore. The paddle touched the ground and he said it was okay. Off the side I went thinking I was going to only get half my body wet. NO I went under the water fully drenched. When I came up my dear husband was living quickly. So that's how that boating story ended well actually it ended with the fact I do not remember every being on a boat yet alone driving it. If by chance I have it was so long ago that my memory bank has lost it. Needless to say the last time he took the old thing out it left him stranded 3 times so he sold it. YES!!!!!!! Hurray Hallelujah.
Another funny story funny to me as the going off the side of the boat and going under is to Jeremy. About 2.5 years ago he was working in the garage. He decided he was done working out there and was cleaning up to come in. He pushed the garage door botton and it started to shut, then it came up. So he pushed it again, down it went, then up it went. So he made sure nothing was infront of the laser, Oh a little pebble he moved it. Pushed the button again down, then up, he pushed the button again and down it went. Up it goes this time he got on his knees and blew the dust away back to the button he goes down it goes, oh up it goes. MIND YOU AFTER HE PUSHES THE BUTTON HE IS RUNNING TO GET OUT THE DOOR, BECAUSE THE OTHER DOOR WAS BROKE. So he adjust the lasers back to the button he goes and down it goes to return up. By now he can not figure out what is wrong and he is getting mad. So he pushes the button down, up, down, up then he did nothing. All of the sudden he snuck up on me and said "HEATHER" I was laughing so hard. He did not think it was funny at the time but now he does.
We play tricks on each other and it is great fun. If you have any tricks you've played on someone please post I love true stories. Hey if any of you are big into movies you've go to see FLYWHEEL the best move so awesome. Don't rent just buy. Well thats all folks. It is early in the morning and I am still awake lots of stuff happening and I DO NOT LIKE PUBLIC SCHOOLS WISH I HAD LOTS OF MONEY TO SEND MY KIDS TO PRIVATE IF YOU HAVE MONEY SEND TO PRIVATE SCHOOL. I WILL BE CALLING SOME TODAY TO GET PRICE CHECKS.

This is McKaden already so big. I was looking at a picture my mom and aunt Cindy had gotten of him from target, it had him holding a football. Here we are 10 years latter and he is now wearing the uniform. football has helped him stay focused but has not helped him to listen funny how that all works. He made me so proud he does a lot but especially tonight. McKaden likes to tell story that are believable but tonight dad was there to confirm it. A kid was ready to stop playing mind you they are still in practice and have not played a game yet. McKaden encouraged him better then any other team member he was not boasting but dad was. It is moments like that that my heart melts and I can feel the tears coming on. It is moments like that that help me to know WE as parents are doing something right. Most of the time we feel we are doing everything wrong. It is nice to see some fruit produced every know and then. MCKADEN I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH AND I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU AND THE DECISSIONS YOU ARE STARTING TO MAKE. WE ALL FALL SHORT SOMETIMES BUT IT IS THOSE TIMES THAT GOD IS WORKING. LOVE MOM

This is our trip to Spokane in June I was practicing on making a movie. However this place is so pretty and we will return sooner than latter

Today is Sunday and my crazzy husband surprised the kids with stringers.

We love to play jokes on each other. Especially turning the water to cold or dumping a cold glass of water on the one in the shower.
